Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:
Unused and in their original packaging.
In the same condition as received.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
Customized or made-to-order products.
Items purchased on clearance or during special sales.
Products showing signs of installation, damage, or modification after delivery.
Contact our customer support via email or phone within 7 days of receiving the product.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
Once your return is approved, we will share the return shipping details.
After the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
The refund will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer).
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
In case of defective or damaged products, a full refund or replacement will be offered.
Exchanges are available for defective or damaged products only.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or color, additional charges (if any) will apply.

For items bought at our physical store, please bring the original bill and product to the store within 7 days of purchase.
